Jay and I are gearing up (literally) for our first shakedown two night tour.  While he contemplates tires and 5mm wrenches I am thinking about cooking and food.  Since our first short shakedown tour will take place in the heart of wine country, I am planning on having a glass of pinot noir paired with some fine chocolate for dessert.
