I just found your blog as we are cycling around Sri Lanka, we have cycled many countries as well. May I ask what your thought on diet is, I am trying to get in shape for the pamir highway. I’m curious as to whether you are vegetarian, higher protein etc. On the road there are so many simple carbs.
